TechFlow reported on June 24 that, according to CoinDesk, Belgium's financial regulator, the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA), has ordered Binance to immediately cease providing services to local customers. The FSMA stated that Binance is violating an existing prohibition by offering exchange services between virtual currencies and fiat currencies in Belgium, as well as providing wallet custody services originating from countries outside the European Economic Area.
