TechFlow news — Binance Markets Limited (BML), Binance's UK subsidiary, has officially withdrawn its registration with the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
According to the latest update from the FCA: "BML recently submitted an application to withdraw its FCA authorization, which was completed on May 30, 2023. Upon completion of this withdrawal, the company is no longer authorized by the FCA. No other entity within the Binance Group holds any form of UK authorization or registration to conduct regulated business in the UK."
