TechFlow News — Spanish cryptocurrency exchange Bit2Me has raised $15 million in a funding round led by Investcorp, with participation from Telefónica Ventures, the investment arm of Spain’s largest telecommunications company Telefónica, Stratminds VC, Cardano, and YGG Fund.
Bit2Me will use the funds to strengthen its position in Spain, where the company was founded, and accelerate its expansion across Latin America.
The company said at the time that in July 2022, Bit2Me acquired a majority stake in Peruvian peer Fluyez, marking the first step in seeking acquisition opportunities in Chile, Colombia, and Uruguay.
