TechFlow News — On June 8, Enjin, a blockchain game development platform, announced the launch of Enjin Blockchain, a blockchain specifically designed for protocol-level NFTs and other digital assets.
According to Enjin, Enjin Blockchain is built using the open-source Substrate framework. Unlike other solutions, it does not rely on smart contracts; instead, core functionalities such as the creation, usage, and transfer of NFTs are directly integrated into the base layer code.
In addition, Enjin Coin (ENJ) has been proposed to migrate from the Ethereum network to become the native token of the Enjin Blockchain mainnet at a 1:1 ratio. Meanwhile, the Efinity token (EFI) is planned to merge with Enjin Coin (ENJ).
