Second, the hearing on the motion for the restraining order will take place at 14:00 ET on June 13 (02:00 Beijing time on June 14).
Therefore, we can conclude that the SEC's current application must proceed through a hearing and has not yet been approved. Previous reporting by Coingraph News claiming that "a U.S. court approved the SEC's request to freeze Binance US company assets" is inaccurate.
