TechFlow news: On May 8, 2023, Bitget launched the BGB Super Airdrop campaign, allowing users holding BGB to share airdrops of all new tokens listed on Bitget. Two rounds of new token listing airdrops have now been distributed to eligible BGB holders—6.25 million DONS were distributed on May 26 and 55,000 PIP on May 31.
Users must hold at least 4,000 BGB daily for 15 consecutive days prior to the new token's listing to qualify for the airdrop. The held BGB is only used for reward calculation and will not be frozen.
It is reported that Bitget recently updated the BGB whitepaper, introducing multi-address deposit and address book features, announced a new service waiving withdrawal fees for staking BGB, and is also considering adding a BGB buyback and burn mechanism in the future.
