TechFlow reports that the proposal submitted by Injective, a smart contract platform in the Cosmos ecosystem, for the Avalon mainnet upgrade has passed community voting with a final approval rate of 99.8%. This upgrade will introduce transformative changes including L1 scalability optimizations, sub-second block times, and PoS delegation enhancements.
To align with this upgrade, Injective Chain will transition from v1.10 to v1.11. The mainnet is expected to halt the v1.10 version of the injectived application binary around 22:00 Beijing time on June 1, and subsequently launch the v1.11 version. This upgrade aims to enhance Injective Chain's scalability and stability, reduce block time, and improve transaction efficiency.
