According to the proposal, the infrastructure for the ".ape" domain name service includes a DApp, domain resolver, and protocol logic. Implementation steps include creating the DApp and conducting beta testing, opening mints to Yuga Labs NFT ID holders, and then opening to all APE holders and others. The total infrastructure cost is 67,900 APE.
