TechFlow reported, according to CoinDesk, U.S. Bitcoin Corp (USBTC), a U.S. mining company and high-performance computing infrastructure provider, has signed a multi-year agreement with several companies, including Marathon Digital Holdings, to host 150,000 bitcoin miners.
Earlier reports indicated that in February this year, bitcoin miner Hut 8 Mining Corp. and the board of directors of U.S. Bitcoin Corp (USBTC), a U.S. mining company and high-performance computing infrastructure provider, each announced approval of a definitive business combination agreement. The combined entity will be named Hut 8 Corp. Hut 8 Corp will become a U.S.-registered entity operating through self-mining and hosting infrastructure, reaching a total capacity of approximately 825 MW across all six locations.
