1. $3 million FDV, with a hard cap of $600,000.
2. Fair launch—no private sale, no team allocation.
3. Both mPENDLE holders and Pendle Rush participants are eligible for 30% of the IDO allocation.
4. 40% of raised funds will be used to boost initial PNP/ETH liquidity.
Penpie is a product built on Pendle’s ve economics, launched by Mapie, a yield amplifier for veTokens. $PNP is Penpie’s native token, enabling governance participation and real yield distribution.
