TechFlow news: Celsius tweeted, "Last month, the court approved our settlement with the Unsecured Creditors’ Committee (UCC) and the Custody Special Group. Today, users who opted into the settlement can begin withdrawals. As a reminder, eligible custodial account holders may opt into the custodial settlement by agreeing not to pursue any custodial-related claims or causes of action against Celsius and by voting in favor of the plan on their custodial claims. The distribution of eligible assets will occur in two phases. The first distribution—36.25% of the custodial account balance for each settled custodial account holder—begins today. Users will not be able to withdraw assets until all account information has been updated and verified."
Previously, Celsius stated that eligible users would be able to withdraw 100% of their distributable custodial assets (minus certain transaction fees).
