TechFlow reported, according to Techfundingnews, Blocktorch, a German startup helping Web3 engineering teams scale decentralized applications (dApps), has raised $4.2 million in seed funding led by IDEO CoLab Ventures. Participants in the round include Speedinvest, RockawayX, Alchemy Ventures, Remote First Capital, Bryce Ferguson from Sequoia's Scout Program, Charlie Songhurst, Simon Jones (CEO of Voltz Labs), Andreas Klinger, Max Stoeckl (CEO of Dogami), Henry Chen (GP at WAGMI Ventures), Felix Wolf, and Entrepreneur First.
The funds will be used to grow Blocktorch's engineering and business teams and launch the official version of its product based on insights and user feedback gathered during beta testing.
