TechFlow reports that Coinbase's Layer2 network Base will conduct its first hard fork, "Regolith," on the Base testnet at 1:00 AM Beijing time on April 28. Following the Optimism Regolith hard fork upgrade on March 17, this update will be enabled by modifying timestamp-based configurations of the OP Stack's rollup node and execution engine, aiming to enhance Base's security and reliability.
