TechFlow news — On April 14, according to official tweets from Mapletree Technology and Huobi Global, Mapletree Technology Holdings Limited (1611.HK) announced that its MPC self-custody platform has officially partnered with the cryptocurrency exchange Huobi in the Openloop clearing and settlement network collaboration. Going forward, Huobi will leverage Mapletree Technology’s mature MPC self-custody technology to achieve secure and stable fund custody. Through this clearing and settlement network cooperation, both parties will effectively separate users’ fund security management from trading activities, enabling users to complete transactions without moving their assets out of self-custody wallets—greatly enhancing asset security.
It is reported that this collaboration will further accelerate the development of digital asset security. Users will enjoy a Web2-like experience while fully controlling and recovering private keys, eliminating risks of private key loss. At the foundational level, the partnership ensures enhanced security by preventing hacker intrusions, theft, and transfers to blacklisted addresses, helping users avoid various risks and significantly improving overall security experience.
