TechFlow News — SushiSwap CEO Jared Grey has again called on social media for the immediate revocation of the erroneous approval of the RouteProcessor 2 contract, revealing that recovery efforts are underway. Most of the affected funds have already been secured through white-hat security procedures, and users are encouraged to contact the SushiSwap security team. SushiSwap has confirmed the recovery of over 300 ETH stolen from Sifu via CoffeeBabe and is currently in communication with the Lido team regarding an additional 700 ETH.
Additionally, SushiSwap Chief Technology Officer Matthew Lilley clarified on social media that both the SushiSwap protocol and UI are secure. All RouterProcessor2-related issues have been removed from the frontend, and all liquidity provisioning and current swap activities can proceed safely. SushiSwap will continue monitoring and rescuing funds once they become available. The white-hat rescue address is: 0x74Ebb8e8d0B0cc65F06040EB0f77B5DA0e33fFeE.
