TechFlow news, Pyth Network has announced its official launch on the Coinbase Ethereum Layer 2 ecosystem Base testnet.
As a Base ecosystem builder partner, Pyth has provided oracle price feeds support for the Base ecosystem since the initial release of the Base testnet.
Pyth Network utilizes Wormhole and an on-demand oracle pricing update model for deployment, eliminating the need for additional product launches when integrating with new blockchains. As a result, Pyth Network's cross-chain integration with Base was completed at the very inception of Base's launch.
Now, developers on the Base testnet can access and utilize over 200 Pyth data points, including stocks, commodities, foreign exchange, and cryptocurrency prices.
