TechFlow news, DeBank engineer galenyuan.eth tweeted that the Uniswap website is now using the new token approval standard Permit2, which means users' assets could be transferred without their understanding, even through obscure signatures (including text-based signatures).
Previously, Uniswap stated on Twitter that Permit2 enhances the security, user experience, and flexibility of ERC20 token approvals. Key features include shared approval management across applications, universal permissions for any token, time-limited token approvals, batch approvals and revocations, among others.Source link
