Monica Long has been instrumental in leading Ripple’s On-Demand Liquidity (ODL) solution for cross-border payments. According to Ripple, Long joined the company in 2013 and has played a key role in securing Ripple’s strong financial position across various stages of the crypto market. In her previous role, she oversaw the company’s product development, engineering, partnerships, marketing, and developer relations.
