TechFlow news — Ethereum infrastructure service Flashbots is in talks with potential backers to raise up to $50 million at a $1 billion valuation.
According to two people familiar with the matter and excerpts from a fundraising document, the startup aims to raise between $30 million and $50 million in equity funding at a pre-money valuation of $1 billion. Flashbots is not actively pitching to potential investors, but instead inviting investors to express interest in participating in the round.
Paradigm, a crypto-focused venture capital firm, has reportedly committed to lead the round, according to sources. Data website Crunchbase lists Paradigm as the lead investor in Flashbots’ 2020 seed funding round. Neither Flashbots nor Paradigm immediately responded to requests for comment.Source link
