The CFTC stated in the complaint that this was "a manipulative and deceptive scheme to artificially inflate trading prices offered on Mango Markets." The CFTC emphasized that the trading of certain cryptocurrencies, even on decentralized exchanges, falls within its regulatory jurisdiction.
