TechFlow News — According to its official Twitter, Raydium, a decentralized exchange in the Solana ecosystem, has announced the launch of a compensation portal, allowing individual liquidity providers (LPs) affected by the December 15 hack to now file claims.
The portal will remain open for two months. This marks the first phase of Raydium’s compensation plan, which does not include reimbursement for third-party protocols or strategy vaults. Details regarding the second phase of the compensation plan will be released in the coming days.
Earlier reports indicated that multiple Raydium pools were attacked in December, resulting in total losses of approximately $4.395 million. In early January, Raydium’s vulnerability compensation proposal was passed with 100% support. Compensation funds will come from two sources: 1. Deploying withdrawPNL via Squad’s multisig to collect PNL from the treasury, with generated fees used to buy back RAY tokens and deposit them into a designated address; 2. Utilizing treasury assets to cover losses incurred from the hack.Original link
