TechFlow news, according to Cointelegraph, a U.S. district court in Puerto Rico held a bail hearing for Mango Markets attacker Avraham Eisenberg and ruled to detain Eisenberg. One reason is that if released, no conditions could reasonably ensure his appearance at future court proceedings.
In addition, if Eisenberg is convicted and lacks verified substantial family or other ties outside the United States, he would face lengthy imprisonment.
Earlier reports indicated that on December 28 last year, the Mango attacker was arrested in Puerto Rico, with U.S. prosecutors charging him with commodities fraud and market manipulation.Source link
