TechFlow news — According to an official announcement from OKX, the data center outage affecting its cloud service provider has been resolved. OKX has resumed deposit and withdrawal services for BTC (mainnet), ETH (mainnet), USDT (ERC20), USDC (ERC20), and other ERC20 tokens, as well as TRX (mainnet), USDT (TRC20), USDC (TRC20), and other TRC20 tokens, starting at 12:00 (HKT) on December 19, 2022. OKX will restore deposit and withdrawal services for all tokens by 15:00 (HKT) on December 19, 2022.
Previously, OKX announced a compensation plan regarding this incident, stating that it will bear all customer losses caused by platform issues.
