TechFlow reports, according to the UK's Financial Times, FTX is seeking emergency funding of between $6 billion and $10 billion and has already sent preliminary letters of intent to potential investors. The letter outlines two investment options: one is traditional investment, categorized by method (equity or convertible instruments) and size (above or below $2.5 billion); the other is a so-called all-together set (AT) investment, which resembles a crowdfunding campaign with a minimum target. If investors collectively commit more than $6 billion to FTX, the all-together set investment will be triggered, though investors would not be able to specify any individual terms.Original link
