Investors including Sequoia Capital, Binance, and Qatar Investment Authority have received necessary financing commitment documents from Musk's lawyers.
Twitter is expected to be transferred to Musk’s control by October 28 local time, with both parties’ lawyers and bankers rushing to finalize the remaining paperwork.
