TechFlow News — According to official announcements, Aptos has released a Tokenomics overview, revealing an initial total supply of 1 billion tokens, with 51.02% of the tokens allocated to the community. Of this community allocation, 410,217,359.767 APT tokens are held by the Aptos Foundation and 100,000,000 APT tokens are held by Aptos Labs.
These tokens are expected to be distributed over a period of ten years: initially, 125,000,000 APT will be available to support current and future ecosystem projects, grants, and other community growth initiatives under the community category; 5,000,000 APT will initially be available to support programs under the foundation category managed by the Aptos Foundation; the remaining tokens for both community and foundation allocations will unlock monthly at a rate of 1/120 over the next 10 years.Original link
