TechFlow reports that blockchain gaming developer Random Games has announced the completion of a $7.6 million seed funding round, co-led by Resolute Ventures and Asymmetric, with participation from IGNIA, 2 Punks Capital, ID345, Polygon, and game developer David Jones.
Random Games is currently building Unioverse, a Web3 video game that enables players, communities, and developers to earn on-chain rewards through engagement in the game's ecosystem. The company was founded by gaming industry veterans Tony Harman and Wyeth Ridgway. Tony Harman previously worked on development and acquisitions for Nintendo and runs multiple independent game studios, while Wyeth Ridgway is the founder and CEO of Leviathan Games. Source link
