TechFlow News — According to an official announcement, Metaplex, the NFT platform within the Solana ecosystem, has launched its MPLX token airdrop claim portal. The airdrop will be distributed to Solana NFT creators who used the platform, excluding residents of the United States. The snapshot was completed on August 24. The claim portal is now open, though the exact token allocation has not yet been disclosed.
Previously, in January this year, the Metaplex Foundation raised $46 million in a strategic funding round led by Multicoin Capital and Jump Crypto, with participation from Solana Ventures, Alameda Research, Animoca Brands, basketball star Michael Jordan, and NFT collector Cozomo de’ Medici.Original link
