TechFlow News — Magna, a token management platform, has raised $15 million in seed funding at a $70 million valuation. The round was co-led by Tiger Global and Tusk Ventures, with participation from Shima Capital, Circle Ventures, Solana Ventures, Avalanche Labs, Galaxy Labs, Balaji Srinivasan (former Coinbase executive), Ryan Selkis of Messari, and DJ Steve Aoki.
The company was co-founded by Bruno Faviero, a former Y-Combinator executive, and aims to build token distribution software that enables protocols, decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs), and crypto funds to easily send and receive tokens, along with compliance, accounting, and tax reporting on any schedule.Original link
