TechFlow, Gallium Studios, a Web3 gaming studio founded by legendary video game designer Will Wright, creator of The Sims, and Lauren Elliott, developer of Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, has announced a $6 million funding round with participation from Griffin Gaming Partners. The studio aims to create creator-focused simulation games that seamlessly integrate the latest Web3 and AI technologies.
Gallium’s projects include VoxVerse, a metaverse designed for Gala Games, and Proxi, a memory simulation game, both leveraging blockchain technology. Gallium Studios has also partnered with blockchain technology company Forte.io to enhance player ownership within game economies and provide seamless access to blockchain and Web3 technologies for players.
