TechFlow news, recently cross-chain solution .bit raised $13 million to build a cross-chain decentralized identity protocol, completing its Series A funding round. Investors include CMB International, HashKey Capital, Tsing Pine Capital, GSR Ventures, Jixiang Capital, and SNZ. The open-source blockchain protocol of .bit aims to provide permissionless decentralized identifiers for individual users and DAOs. As a cross-chain solution, .bit supports Ethereum, Tron, Binance Smart Chain, Nervos CKB, and Polygon.
It is reported that .bit will expand to cover all major public chains including Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Polkadot, and Solana in the future, as well as hardware and software devices supporting asymmetric encryption algorithms.Original link
