TechFlow News — Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF), founder and CEO of FTX, tweeted that users of the crypto broker Voyager are facing prolonged claim processes, exploitation by agents, and limited options. The提前 claims program for Voyager users aims to help them quickly recover their remaining assets, rather than letting third-party consulting firms extract value through rent-seeking. Additionally, certain third parties attempting to acquire these assets at discounted prices are obstructing the plan.
Previously, FTX, along with its U.S. subsidiary and operator West Realm Shires Inc. and Alameda Ventures, jointly proposed a提前 claims program for Voyager Digital users. Under this proposal, users could immediately receive partial payouts by opening an FTX account, withdrawing the funds as cash or using them to purchase digital assets on the FTX platform. The proposal is currently pending approval from the bankruptcy court.
