TechFlow news — A spokesperson for the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) said that Three Arrows Capital is not a DFSA-authorized firm and is not regulated by the DFSA. Three Arrows Capital also does not have an entity registered outside the DIFC. According to the regulator's website, entities conducting financial services within or from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)—a purpose-built financial free zone—must be authorized by the DFSA.
Previously, in April, Three Arrows Capital co-founder Zhu Su stated the firm was relocating its headquarters to Dubai to launch a new $5 billion fund, citing a more favorable regulatory environment compared to Singapore.
