TechFlow news — Cymbient Technologies Pvt. Ltd, the parent company of Indian digital asset management startup Rooba Finance, has announced a $1.3 million seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from LetsVenture, Endurance Capital, KubeVC, and a group of angel investors. Rooba Finance primarily helps institutions, high-net-worth individuals, hedge funds, and family offices securely store digital assets including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and other tokens. It also assists institutions in tokenizing physical assets. The company plans to use the new funds to establish a permissioned platform overseas and expand its global trade management (GTM) strategy.
