TechFlow news — Mash, a payments platform built on Bitcoin and the Lightning Network, has raised $6 million in seed funding led by Castle Island Ventures and Whitecap Venture Partners. Other notable investors include Maple VC, Strategic Cyber Ventures, Aquanow, Spacecadet Ventures, and several angel investors such as Amjad Masad, Balaji Srinivasan, Austin Hill, John Pfeffer, and Dean Skurka.
Mash plans to use the funds to build its payment platform, connect with creators of digital experiences, and grow its engineering, marketing, sales, and business development teams.
