TechFlow news — Official announcement: Dmail, the privacy-focused email DApp on the DFINITY ecosystem, has launched its Beta version, featuring the following functionalities:
1. Dmail can now interact with any email address, enabling cross-communication between Web3 and Web2 email systems;
2. Supports login via Plug and Internet Identity;
3. Settings will display NFT domain accounts owned by the user in their Dmail account, allowing selection of one to bind with PID as the email domain;
4. Supports temporary saving of unsent drafts;
5. Allows viewing sent emails in the outbox, which remain editable even after being sent;
6. Automatically saves recently used contacts and addresses;
7. Enhanced security features including dual verification of account and identity upon first interaction with Dmail;
8. 200MB base storage space;
9. Supports attachments up to 3MB in size;
10. Upgraded overall user interface and functionality, enabling batch operations, marking important conversations, flagging spam, etc.
Moving forward, based on the Beta release, Dmail will focus on developing the official version, continuously improving email functionalities and advancing underlying smart contracts and email encryption/decryption technologies.
