TechFlow news, Immutable X, an NFT Layer 2 scaling solution, announced the release of a set of Cairo smart contracts to facilitate NFT-related project development on StarkNet. The currently released contracts include ERC-20, ERC-721, and royalties, with the ERC-721 contract extending the one introduced by OpenZeppelin; royalties adopt the EIP-2981 standard. Immutable X stated that it will continue building more StarkNet contracts to add to this suite, including an upcoming cross-chain bridge for ERC-721 tokens between Layer 1 and Layer 2.
