TechFlow news — FTX.US today announced the launch of FTX Stocks, a new service enabling users to trade U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs. Initially, FTX Stocks will begin with a private beta test, inviting selected users from a waitlist.
FTX Stocks offers trading access to hundreds of U.S.-listed securities, including common stocks and ETFs. To enhance transparency and ensure fair pricing, all orders will initially be routed through Nasdaq. During this process, FTX.US will not receive any payment for order flow.
Brett Harrison, President of FTX US, said: "Our goal is to provide comprehensive investment services on FTX.US for everyone, from institutions to retail investors. With the launch of FTX Stocks, we’ve built an integrated trading platform where investors can easily trade cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and traditional stocks through an intuitive interface."
Additionally, FTX.US has eliminated common barriers in traditional stock trading such as "minimum balance requirements" and "tiered account systems."
