TechFlow news — According to South Korea's Munhwa Ilbo, Korean investors in Luna and UST plan to file a court application this week to seize the assets of Terraform Labs CEO Do Kwon.
Law firm RKB Partners intends to apply for a provisional seizure of Do Kwon’s assets and file a lawsuit against him on fraud charges. Six lawyers from the firm’s capital markets legal team and intellectual property team are currently drafting and reviewing the application for provisional asset seizure and the complaint against CEO Do Kwon.
Meanwhile, investors seeking accountability for civil and criminal liabilities arising from the collapse of the cryptocurrency market have decided to file a criminal complaint against Do Kwon with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency on suspicion of fraud and other charges.
