TechFlow News — The Sandbox has released its 2022 roadmap for LAND holders, announcing a 5 million SAND airdrop to all LAND holders in May.
The Sandbox's LAND and ASSET will migrate to Polygon Layer 2 in June 2022. To encourage migration and reduce gas costs, users can claim a 10 SAND cashback for migrating each LAND, with over 1 million SAND in total rewards available. After deployment, SAND and SAND-MATIC staking multipliers will return on Polygon Layer 2, adopting the same leaderboard system as SAND-ETH.
In July 2022, an exclusive 10 million SAND reward program will begin for LAND holders participating in staking.
Additionally, GEM and CATALYST mining will launch in June 2022, enabling LAND holders to kickstart the creator economy.
