TechFlow News — The football media platform OneFootball has announced the completion of a $300 million Series D funding round led by Liberty City Ventures, with participation from Animoca Brands, Dapper Labs, DAH Beteiligungs GmbH, Quiet Capital, RIT Capital Partners, Senator Investment Group, and Alsara Investment Group. Additionally, OneFootball has announced the establishment of OneFootball Labs in partnership with Liberty City Ventures. OneFootball Labs will enable clubs, leagues, and players to launch blockchain-based digital assets and deliver fan-centric experiences.
OneFootball aims to become the world's largest football media platform and currently boasts over 100 million monthly active users.
Earlier reports indicated that OneFootball partnered with Animoca Brands and Dapper Labs to launch the NFT marketplace Aera, which will release its first NFT trading card series titled "HATTTRICKS."
