TechFlow News — According to official announcements, OKX has unveiled Haider Rafique as its newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer. Following the platform’s rebranding from OKEx to OKX earlier this year, the new CMO is shifting away from its previously low-key marketing approach by making significant investments in advertising and sports sponsorships, leveraging strategic partnerships and new branding initiatives to strengthen the company's image. Haider outlined his marketing vision, aiming to make OKX “the ByteDance of the crypto industry.”
Since joining OKX, Haider has secured a multi-million-dollar strategic partnership between OKX and Manchester City Football Club, the top Premier League club in England. In March, OKX became Manchester City’s official cryptocurrency exchange partner, covering the club’s men’s and women’s teams as well as its esports operations.
In May, OKX will launch a new brand collaboration with creative agency BBDO to further enhance its global market presence.
