TechFlow News — OpenBlox, an NFT gaming platform, has announced the successful completion of its seed and private funding rounds, led by Shima Capital with participation from 3commas Capital, 100x100 Venture Capital, Digital Strategies, and MC Ventures. Meanwhile, OpenBlox has partnered with gaming guilds including Real Deal Guild (RDG), Ancient8, Good Games Guild, and BreederDAO to jointly build a GameFi ecosystem.
OpenBlox is an EVM-based NFT gaming platform focused on Play & Earn and IP branding. The team, based in London and Tokyo, comprises professionals from top companies such as Tencent Gaming, Gameloft, and ByteDance. OpenBlox plans to launch multiple games with diverse models within Bloxverse, with its first roguelike game, RogueBlox, slated for release in 2022. Additionally, the platform intends to launch its "Move and Earn" product, RunBlox, in the first half of this year.
