TechFlow news — On April 21, Boss Beauties, an NFT series focused on women's empowerment, announced a $4.4 million seed round at a $30 million valuation. The round was led by Offline Ventures, with participation from Serena Ventures and Female Founders Fund, among others. The funding will be used to transform the digital portraits of women into media IPs for further brand collaborations.
Boss Beauties launched its NFT collection last year, featuring 10,000 digital portraits of women. It has been showcased at the New York Stock Exchange and hosted an NFT exhibition at the United Nations during this year’s International Women’s Day. The team is now exploring ways to monetize these portraits, including developing animated TV series, brand deals, licensing partnerships, and toys. Currently, Boss Beauties has a floor price of 1.09 ETH and 5,600 holders.
