TechFlow News, April 21 — Veteran gaming investor Jon Goldman has announced the launch of a $50 million venture fund, "Tower 26," dedicated to investing in VR games and the metaverse. The fund will focus on larger investments, primarily targeting seed rounds and follow-on financing activities.
Jon Goldman is a prominent figure in the video game industry, having founded the video game company Foundation 9. He currently serves as General Manager at Skybound, the rights holder of the hit TV series "The Walking Dead." He is also a board partner at Greycroft and previously launched the $15 million "GC Tracker Fund," a venture fund focused on seed-stage investments in gaming, VR, and AR.
