TechFlow news — On April 5, AMD announced yesterday that it has reached an agreement to acquire cloud services provider Pensando Systems for $1.9 billion, further expanding its data center business. The company said the acquisition is expected to close in the second quarter. Pensando's customers include Goldman Sachs, IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
