GMT is the native governance token of STEPN. STEPN is a Web3 lifestyle application incorporating Social-Fi and Game-Fi elements. Users equipped with sneaker NFTs can earn GST by walking, jogging, or running outdoors, which can be used to upgrade or mint new sneaker NFTs. Players may choose to rent or sell their sneaker NFTs through the app's marketplace. Earned GST can be stored in the wallet integrated within the app, which includes built-in exchange functionality.
