TechFlow news — On March 16, ConsenSys, an Ethereum infrastructure development company, announced that MetaMask, the Ethereum wallet, now has over 30 million monthly active users. MetaMask grew by 42% over the past four months, and according to ConsenSys, users worldwide rely on MetaMask to mint and collect NFTs, join DAOs, and participate in DeFi protocols. The United States, the Philippines, Brazil, Germany, and Nigeria are MetaMask’s most active markets. Additionally, as part of its roadmap, MetaMask will soon launch a DAO. Joe Lubin, CEO of ConsenSys, said a DAO is now forming around MetaMask, which won’t govern MetaMask but will fund the creation of new MetaMask-related initiatives.
