TechFlow news — The metaverse platform Cryptovoxels announced plans to launch its native token in April 2022. Meanwhile, Cryptovoxels introduced Scarcity Island, a virtual land featuring decentralized governance voting scenarios, providing users with access to Web3 self-governance environments and the metaverse. Scarcity Island allows basements to be built, enabling users to dig beneath the surface. Each land parcel will include a "Discovery," serving as an asset for participating in governance voting. Scarcity Island will be divided into three zones—Gold, Silver, and Bronze—with voting power decreasing progressively across the tiers.
On August 25, Cryptovoxels officially announced the launch of the BOOP token, rewarding players based on visitor counts to their personal builds. BOOP rewards will be distributed on a 1:1 basis according to the number of visitors to each player's structure.
