TechFlow News, October 20 — The U.S.'s first bitcoin-related exchange-traded fund (ETF) began trading today, achieving the second-highest debut-day trading volume in history. Data shows the ETF traded over 24 million shares on its first day, with transaction value nearing $1 billion. According to Athanasios Psarofagis of Bloomberg Intelligence, only BlackRock's carbon-neutral ETF had a larger debut, which benefited from pre-launch seed investments. Meanwhile, bitcoin is advancing toward a record high, approaching $65,000.
